Life at DarrowSenior Sections explore the canoe routes of the Northern Cree, Ojibway, and Innu peoples of northeastern Canada.

Section B travels the traditional river routes of New Brunswick and Quebec, such as the Nepisiguit, the Coulonge, and the Dumoine Rivers, and is offered in two, four, or six week enrollments. This is a great way to get a first taste of the immense scale of undeveloped Canadian wilderness available for exploration by canoe.

Section A is the culmination of the Darrow experience as a carefully selected group of highly experienced Darrow veterans pursue a major Canadian expedition in northern Quebec or Labrador during a six week enrollment. Rivers that Section A has traveled in the past include the Rupert River to James Bay, the Mistassini, Mistassibbi, and the Mistassibi Nord-Est in Quebec, and the Atikonak River in Labrador. The members of Section A are pathfinders who open new horizons for the younger campers and staff, and the Section A trip is the wilderness experience of a lifetime.
